Information on 11-14-2011 Battle Creek Event
Patricia Brown-May will talk about “Human Resource Management for the Project Leader”.
What is the Human Resource Management Process knowledge area? Patricia will present an overview of Human Resource Management for the Program Manager and why it is important in successful project management. Dimensions of Human Resources will be revealed that are used by many project managers but may not be clear to others.
Patricia Brown-May, PMP joined IBM in 2009 and is currently a Project Manager, Asset Management services. Project Management work with IBM includes working with new accounts transitioning the IBM Asset Mangement Service. Patricia has over 10 years of project management experience, is PMP certified and teaches various sections of the WMPMI PMP Preparation Course. Patricia has an MBA from University of Michigan.
