What's New for WMPMI We are off to a great start to a brand new year! We have just finished reviewing the survey data from our January dinner meeting and we are very pleased to see that our speaker, Dennis Stauffer, was well received. We are looking into bringing Dennis back later this year for an all day seminar so please stay tuned. READ MORE MENToring Program Update After the fast-paced, friendly, networking fun of MENToring Program Match Night on November 9, 15 mentor/mentee pairings were successfully made and confirmed for the 2009/2010 Program year. In addition, a MENToring small focus group led by Kelly Talsma, PMP, took shape with 4 chapter members who shared a common interest in developing and refining their project leadership skills. We are looking for sponsors to offset the cost of providing speakers for the dinner meetings from February 2010 to May 2010. We are told time-and-time again, by expert upon expert, that it is the best way to find a new job, forge new relationships, attract new clients, and develop new ideas. COMPLETE LIST Education Opportunities Don't miss the February bonus program where we will discuss WMPMI’s 2010 plans. We will share an update on the current PMP prep course, the establishment of an educational council and ideas for increased community and educational programs. The Spring 2010 PMP Prep Course is getting ready to kick off on February 20th. The class will be held for 6 Saturdays through March 27th. The cost of the course is $550 for members and $750 for non-members.
