Taking It to the Next Level A Sixth Sense for Project Management® Series
Research shows that projects are more likely to fail due to people-related issues than technical skills-related issues. To help our members address this gap, PMI Western Michigan Chapter is pleased to announce a new partnership with Roeder Consulting, the premier people skills trainer for project managers. Roeder Consulting has developed a proprietary approach to managing people in a project environment called A Sixth Sense for Project Management®.
Benefits of Attending…
Throughout this PM training series, you will learn immediately applicable skills for effective communication, project leadership, team building, decision making and strategy execution. This well-rounded tool set of people skills will help you accomplish your personal and professional growth goals. Individuals that complete the series receive a Diploma in Project Leadership.
What are Sixth Sense Skills?
Roeder Consulting calls the knowledge, abilities and magic required to manage the human side of projects “A Sixth Sense for Project Management®”. They developed In-Person and Online Training Courses specifically to help Project Managers and other change leaders build their Sixth Sense skills. The skills learned and developed in these seminars and online courses are critical skills for advancement in project management today.
