WMPMI Educational Council
On Monday, February 8, 2010, Kelly Talsma (VP Education), Mark Mochel and Franco Silva presented an update on educational offerings for PMP certification and also introduced a plan to form an Educational Council. This Educational Council is being formed to serve as a Steering Committee for the WM PMI leadership on various educational offerings. More specifically, the challenge to the council is to help determine the proper alignment of educational offerings offered or endorsed by the chapter with the corporate needs in Western Michigan, and to determine with our educational partners the best way to provide these services. The board is currently made up of 12 members, representing 7 western Michigan businesses and 2 educational partners. Many thanks to all who have volunteered to sit on this council. The first council meeting is scheduled for Monday March 29. More information will be provided in future newsletters. For additional information on this topic, please contact Kelly Talsma at the following email address: VPEducation@wmpmi.org

Rather, it will take a higher view of the progression called quitting.
